Terms And Conditions

1.    Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.    Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over, other than residents of the Australian Capital Territory.
3.    Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Choices Flooring stores and agencies associated with this promotion, and employees of Crown National Pty Ltd, trading as Crown Posture Bedding, and its associated entities, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4.    Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST/NZT) on 13 July 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST/NZT) on 09 August 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
5.    To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
(a)    Complete a qualifying purchase as follows:
Australian entries: Australian entries: Purchase any product on sale, including flooring and window furnishings (excluding rugs), for residential use with a minimum total spend of $1,500 (AUD) exclusive of GST in a single transaction from any Choices Flooring store in Australia ("Qualifying Transaction").
New Zealand entries: Purchase any product on sale, including flooring and window furnishings (excluding rugs), for residential use with a minimum total spend of $1,500 (NZD) exclusive of GST in a single transaction from any Choices Flooring store in New Zealand ("Qualifying Transaction"); and then
(b)    Visit choicesflooring.com, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full purchase receipt number for the Qualifying Transaction, and submit the fully completed entry form. All entries must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST/NZT (based on the country in which the Qualifying Transaction occurred) on 09 August 2026.
6.    The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
7.    Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
8.    Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
(c)    only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction;
(d)    each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and
(e)    limit one (1) prize per person.
9.    Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
10.    If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
11.    There will be one (1) draw conducted at the conclusion of the Promotional Period for all valid entries received from both Australia and New Zealand combined (“Prize Draw”). The Prize Draw will take place at Choices Flooring’s Central Office, 5-9 Hobbs Court, Rowville Victoria, 3178, Australia at 10am AEST on Wednesday, 12 August 2026. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
12.    The winner will be notified by phone and in writing within two (2) business days of the Prize Draw. The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of the winner will be published at choicesflooring.com from Monday, 17 August 2026.
13.    The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14.    The first valid entry drawn will win one (1) “Bedroom Makeover Package” from Crown Posture Bedding, with a total prize value of up to AUD $15,895, comprising the following components:
•    One (1) King Size Crown Posture Premiere Mattress (winner’s choice of feel): valued up to AUD $9,999. The Crown Premiere range is handcrafted in Australia and features climate-responsive Bekaert TENCEL™ cover, cooling graphite memory foam, Black Diamond Belgian Latex, and the Quad-Coil Pocket Spring System;
•    Two (2) Black Diamond Pillows: total value AUD $998;
•    One (1) King Size Fully Upholstered Headboard (Warwick Yellow Grade fabric, winner’s choice of design): valued up to AUD $2,599; and
•    One (1) King Size Fully Upholstered Bed Base (Warwick Yellow Grade fabric, winner’s choice of design): valued up to AUD $2,299.
The prize is subject to availability and the winner’s choice of product specifications (including feel and design) is subject to the range available at the time of fulfilment. Where any specific component is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a product of equal or greater value.
15.    The total prize pool value is up to AUD $15,895.
16.    Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize at or by the time stipulated by the Promoter, which will be at least 14 days, then the prize will be forfeited.
17.    If any prize or prize component is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize or component with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
18.    Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
19.    The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated Australian or New Zealand address by Crown Posture Bedding within 6 weeks following the winner accepting the prize and the purchase invoice being verified. Delivery is subject to Crown Posture Bedding’s standard delivery terms and availability. Any applicable delivery charges are included in the prize. The prize cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
20.    The prize components supplied by Crown Posture Bedding are subject to Crown Posture Bedding’s standard consumer product warranty and liability terms, available at: https://www.crownposture.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/Crown_Warranty_Card_10yr_12pp_A5_v18_Singles_Compressed.pdf. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties in relation to the prize components beyond those required by law.
21.    A draw for any unclaimed prize may take place on 17 November 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and the last name, initial of the first name and postcode of the winner will be published at choicesflooring.com from 24 November 2026.
22.    Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
23.    If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
24.    Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
25.    The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
26.    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia or any statutory consumer guarantees as provided under consumer protection laws in New Zealand (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability or statutory consumer guarantees that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) the promotion; (b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (d) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (e) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) taking and/or use of a prize.
27.    As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
28.    The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers (including Crown Posture Bedding) and, as required, to Australian and New Zealand regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at http://www.choicesflooring.com/privacy/. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia and New Zealand (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles and New Zealand Privacy Principles. By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and New Zealand Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
