Rug delivery info
All Choices Flooring online orders are delivered during business hours. If you order multiple items from our website, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple carriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.
Please note: you may experience delays in processing your order during any holiday period.
Once your order has been processed, please allow 1-3 business days to receive an email with your courier details and consignment number, including instructions on how to track your order.
Please note deliveries are usually made during business hours Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM however, drivers may working into the early evenings especially in busy periods. If you are not able to be home to receive your order, contact the courier company during business hours to make alternative arrangements.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a pickup time however, the courier company may be able to give a pickup window of when the driver will be in your area on the day. Please contact the courier company directly during business hours for further information about your delivery.
If, for any reason, our shipping partner is not able to successfully deliver your order they should leave a card with further delivery instructions. If the subsequent delivery attempt is not arranged by you within a reasonable time-frame and/or your delivery is not received on the second attempt, Choices Flooring reserves the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred (e.g. shipping and storage) or to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will fully refund you the amount you paid minus shipping or storage costs.
